Contact GroupTrips to the theatre, bowling and meals. A typical evening at the Contact Group starts quietly with members chatting together over a cuppa. The focus is on building relationships and having fun together.

The Allotment ProjectFor anyone who likes to spend time in the fresh air, the allotment project aims to teach basic gardening and horticulture skills.

Dance and movement groupOne of our longest running activities, the dance group is very popular - nearly all of our members love to dance!

The Buzz ClubGames, quizzes, films, disco, outings and occasional speakers.

Carers' support groupEnabling carers to have an opportunity to meet together and welcome a variety of representatives of professional organisations offering support and advice over a wide range of issues.

Summer support groupOur activities have included singing, mini-Olympics, basket weaving, pottery, bread-making and insect house construction.

Volunteering
We do rely heavily on additional volunteers to help and constantly need more people to help run our projects.
Annual OutgoingsDay trips have included Southport, a working farm, Harlow Carr garden and education centre, Nell bank Outdoor activities centre, Ilkley tennis club.
